kendratek.com is operated by Kendratek Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ("Kendratek", "we"). This policy explains what information the website collects and how it is used.

Information you choose to send through the contact form: your name, business email, company, company size and the details of your enquiry, and optionally a phone number, an annual turnover band, your existing software and one attachment.

Information collected automatically about how you use the site, described in the next section.

We use Matomo, an open-source web analytics tool, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and where pages could be clearer. Matomo runs on infrastructure we control, not as a third-party service, so analytics data is not sent to Google or to any other analytics or advertising company.

Analytics records information such as the pages you view and for how long, the website or search that referred you, your device type, browser and screen size, and an approximate location (country or region). Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored, so it cannot be used to identify you. Analytics does not place cookies on your device to track you across visits.

What this means for you: we see how the site is used in aggregate, not who you are. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors, we do not combine it with what you send through the contact form, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with anyone else. Analytics records are deleted automatically after a limited period.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, your visit is not recorded. The site works fully whether or not your visit is measured.

Contact form details are used to read and respond to your enquiry, and to continue a conversation you have started with us. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Analytics information is used only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Enquiries are delivered to Kendratek by email through a transactional email provider. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries.

To prevent abuse, the network (IP) address of each submission is held briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may also record standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the site and deliver your enquiry to us, or where disclosure is required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Use the contact page and say what you would like us to do.
